Laser scanning makes it possible to turn almost any subject or area into a digital 3D model faster and more cost-effectively than with traditional methods. We use the most advanced tech in the field made by Riegl.
By utilising advanced UAV photogrammetry we can survey large areas quickly. The data is combined into a 3D model from which several different materials can be refined, including surface models, volume calculations, height contours, point clouds and orthomosaics.
Creating to-scale and precise 3D models from point clouds is cost-efficient – even when the subjects are large and complex. 3D models can then be further processed into videos and concept images among a variety of other things.
We will provide you with a versatile measurement package which includes up-to-date floor plans, 3D panoramas and cross-section plans. In addition we can provide other surveying and measuring services like as-built measurements and volume calculations.
Would you like to see the planned changes to the subject beforehand in virtual reality? Step inside the 3D model and inspect pathway routing and space usage or the visual feel of the interior design plan.

Katajaranta’s red hut in Rovaniemi, next to the railway bridge
solution and implementation
Next to the railway bridge, in Rovaniemi’s Katajaranta neighborhood, there sits a cute red hut of historical significance. It is one of the few buildings that survived the ravages of the Lapland War over 70 years ago. Now the former epidemiological hospital and kindergarten is a valuable part of Rovaniemi’s cultural heritage; it was an honor for Atlastica to provide a precise capture of building and its architectural details.
